we want to inform you how we are preparing to welcome you in our Hotel Belvedere in San Leonino and Hotel Colle Etrusco Salivolpi. According to the directives for the hotels by the Ministry of Health (Ministero della Salute), we have adopted for our self-control plan, the “WHO Hotel Sector Protocol” and the National Protocol “Accoglienza Sicura” drawn up by the Hotel Category Associations, so that the guests who come to visit us do it in complete safety.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
In order to reduce the Self Check-In and Self Check-Out procedures you will have the possibility to register ON-LINE before your arrival and always pay your bill with a CLICKPAY procedure which will be communicated to you on departure by SMS or MAIL.
WELCOME & ROOMS
Upon arrival, the guests will have to wear a protection mask for safety reasons, their body temperature will be detected and the key to your room will be delivered in a sealed and sanitized envelope. Many rooms have private access directly from the outside or in any case it will be exclusive for you. The room will be sealed by the cleaning staff and sanitized, as well as with the normal specific products provided for Covid-19, also with an OZONE treatment. The split of the air conditioners for exclusive use for each room (NO general air recirculation system) and the interior of the wardrobes will be sanitized daily with specific products. All rooms at each departure, in addition to the normal certified sanitization procedures, will be treated with OZONE, because this type of treatment can sanitize all surfaces and can penetrate mattresses and pillows in addition to fabrics such as, sheets, duvets, rugs and curtains. The remote controls for the split and TV management will be sanitized and sealed for each arrival.
STAFF
All staff working in our facility are monitored daily and followed by the company doctor who certifies their suitability for work. No supplier has access to the facility, having a check-point available for loading and unloading goods outside the hotel.
RESTAURANT – BAR – HALL – POOL – OUTSIDE
We are also organizing the management of the breakfast service of the indoor restaurant service, while for the outdoor service, being able to benefit from large outdoor spaces, the distancing between guests will be natural, as well as for the use of the swimming pool and solarium area. Finally we inform you that we have “RIVERS of WINE” to drink together, our best sanitizer for body and mind!
