Castellare di Castellina
Castellare di Castellina, a historic estate located in the heart of Chianti Classico in Castellina in Chianti, invites you to explore its southeast-facing hills. Since 1979, under the ownership of Paolo Panerai, a careful census of the vines has allowed for the selection of the best varieties of Sangioveto and Malvasia Nera. These grape varieties give Castellare wines a distinctive character, resulting from a continuous rediscovery of traditions and a scientific approach to every phase of production.
Poggio Amorelli Agricultural Company
The Poggio Amorelli estate has been at the heart of the Mazzarrini family's story since 1997. This is where the first production began, later extended to three other estates: one in the Maremma Toscana, another in the Chianti area, and a small vinegar production facility in Modena, the home of balsamic vinegar. In addition to producing IGT and DOCG wines that respect the values and traditions of Tuscany, the estates also produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Grappa, and IGP, DOP, and extra-aged balsamic vinegar.
