Quarter of a century ago, the Falassi and Orlandi families, who have been residents in the Chianti Classico area for centuries, started a hospitality business in two ancient sharecropping farmhouses dating back to the 1400s. Salivolpi is located on the ancient Etruscan site of Salingolpe, just a few steps from the historic center of Castellina in Chianti, while Belvedere di San Leonino is set in the countryside, surrounded by its own vineyards and the rolling Chianti hills that gently slope down to the gates of Siena.
With respect for the environment, professionalism, and warm family hospitality, we welcome guests from all over the world who, in addition to enjoying the beauty of our territory, can benefit from our enviable location. We are in the immediate vicinity of the art cities of Siena, Florence, Pisa, Arezzo, and Perugia, as well as the Tyrrhenian coast, renowned for its crystal-clear waters, the cleanest in Italy.
